Chinggis Khaan National Museum Receives Gratitude from the National Museum of India

Officials from the International Buddhist Confederation and the National Museum of India met Director S. Chuluun on June 2, 2026, to discuss cooperation and express thanks.

Director of the International Buddhist Confederation (IBC), Yash Saxena, and Dr. Abira Bhattacharya, Exhibition Curator of the National Museum of India, were received by Academician S. Chuluun, Director of the Chinggis Khaan National Museum, on June 2, 2026. At the meeting, they discussed future cooperation between the museums and became acquainted with the museum's collections.

The guests expressed their gratitude to the Chinggis Khaan National Museum for its assistance in bringing and enshrining the relics of the Buddha's two great disciples, Arhant Sariputtra (Sharibudraa) and Arhant Maudgalyayana (Mongoljivuu), at Gandantegchenlen Monastery.
